Watercolourist
I have been lucky enough to paint widely in the UK, France, Italy and The Far East.
I have exhibited in a wide range of galleries, including the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour, Royal Society of Marine Artists, and with Thompson's Galleries, London and Aldeburgh, together with Mandell's Gallery, Norwich. Recent exhibitions featuring my paintings in 2022 have included the Norfolk Show and two at Great Yarmouth and another will be in Wells Next the Sea in the Maltings between 9th September - 2nd October 2022.
I love France and speak French fluently, so from 1998 - 2008 I held annual one man shows at the Galeries Lespinasse in Rouen, France.
I am a past President of the Rugby and District Art Society, a former Chairman and President of the Norfolk Art Circle and a past member of the Coventry and Warwickshire Society of Artists. I am a keen member of a number of artist groups including the East Anglian Group of Marine Artists and the Norfolk and Norwich Art Circle.
I live in Norwich in the UK and combine a love of painting, with my other passions such as walking, nature and fine wine.
